Marketing Data Analysis Assistant

This position will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Deputy Manager to develop, maintain and manage automated data processes, including tracking KPIs, performing basic data analysis, and producing reports. You will also be required to perform administrative tasks to support the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintains database by entering new and updated information daily on various formats including Google Sheets, Excel, and the company’s CRM.
2. Reviews data for deficiencies and resolves problems.
3. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
4. Combines data from multiple systems to ensure data accuracy for department reports.
5. Performs basic analysis, generates reports, and produces basic data visualizations (e.g., charts and Looker Studio).

Other Duties

1. Responsible for managing department expenses and accounting.
2. Sending EDMs and monitoring Google Reviews.
3. Collaborates with other departments for both data and admin purposes.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Looker Studio (Google Suite and other analytical tools is a plus).
2. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
3. Good command of written and spoken English.
4. Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related fields (data entry or projects).
5. Able to perform basic statistical analysis.
6. Able to produce clear graphical representations and data visualizations.
7. Strong organizational and analytical skills, including follow-up.
8. Excellent attention to detail.
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Able to work as a team and also independently.
11. Quick learner.
