We’re not hiring for just a Marketing Coordinator.
We’re looking for our future Chief Marketing Officer.
This is a rare, hands-on opportunity for an ambitious marketing talent to grow across industries — live entertainment, creative economy, tech, fintech, lifestyle, and media — while being directly mentored by the CEO Office.
You’ll execute high-impact campaigns from day one, while learning how to lead brands, build audiences, and drive growth across a portfolio of Southeast Asian businesses.
What You’ll Do
Execute Campaigns Across Our Ecosystem: Social, digital ads, email, influencer, content, KOL activation; Events (concerts, festivals, exhibitions), tech launches, and product branding
Build & Maintain Brand DNA: Develop brand playbooks for Collective Touring, Diginiq, Svbscape, Livebox, and others Maintain design consistency and tone across all platforms
Lead Projects with Strategic Oversight: Own specific marketing plans per unit or project. Coordinate freelancers, creatives, and partners
Grow into a Marketing Leader: Join C-level strategic sessions. Build SOPs, dashboards, and reporting systems. Prepare to lead the marketing division across all units
Who You Are
Digital marketing savvy: You’ve run paid ads, social campaigns, and love data
Creative economy native: You understand the pulse of music, events, and pop culture
Future strategist: You want to learn how to scale brands, not just post content
Multi-industry curious: You can switch contexts — K-pop concerts one day, SaaS app branding the next, fintech landing page the next
Organized & accountable: You hit deadlines, keep track of tasks, and bring solutions
Min. 2 years experience in marketing, preferably in media, entertainment, agency, or tech
Hands-on experience in Meta/Google Ads, Instagram/TikTok content, and email tools
Bonus: familiarity with music/event industry, creative startups, or fintech
