We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to promote our bakery’s products, enhance brand awareness, and drive foot traffic through various strategic marketing efforts. This role requires a passion for food, strong communication skills, and hands-on marketing experience, particularly in social media and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Branding & Promotion :
- Develop and maintain the bakery’s brand identity (logo, packaging, messaging).
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote bakery products (store banners etc.), seasonal offerings, and special events.
- Organize in-store promotions to boost foot traffic.
- Manage social media (Instagram, TikTok) with engaging content (photos, reels, stories).
- Run paid ads (Facebook/Google Ads) to target local customers.
- Optimize SEO for the bakery’s website (keywords like “best bakery in Batam”).
3. Customer Engagement & Loyalty :
- Develop loyalty programs (e.g., punch cards, discounts for repeat customers).
- Handle whatsapp/email marketing (newsletters, promotions, birthday discounts).
- Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google) professionally and constructively.
4. Market Research & Analytics :
- Track sales data to identify trends (best-selling products).
- Analyze competitors’ strategies and pricing.
- Use Google Analytics/social insights to measure campaign success.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 2+ years in marketing (food/beverage industry preferred).
Creativity : Strong eye for food photography, content creation, and design.
Digital Savvy: Proficient in social media platforms, content creation, and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
Communication : Excellent copywriting and customer engagement skills.
Analytical : Ability to interpret sales and engagement metrics.
Local Knowledge : Understanding of the bakery’s target audience (e.g., families, office workers).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Passion for food and an understanding of current bakery/ culinary trends.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus) :
Experience with food styling/photography.
Hybrid role (in-bakery + office).
May involve weekends for events or promotions.
