A marketing communications firm in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Marketing Communication Supervisor to manage client projects and oversee content strategies. Your role involves leading client communications, developing proposals, and ensuring project timelines are met. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in managing events and creative content production.
The Marketing Communication Supervisor is responsible for managing marketing communication projects for select clients of ASA and overseeing content strategies for From Alphabet (IZIPIZI and 24Bottles). This role combines client management, proposal development, and project execution with content supervision and strategic planning.
The supervisor acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams (design, PR, KOL, content) to ensure smooth communication, high-quality deliverables, and timely execution of campaigns or events. Additionally, they contribute to business development efforts by supporting pitches, maintaining awareness of market trends, and ensuring all projects meet the company’s standards.
1. Client Management & Project Execution
Lead and manage communication for select clients.
Develop proposals, presentations, and strategic plans tailored to each client’s objectives.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of expectations.
Oversee event-related projects and campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Work closely with internal teams on design, event production, media relations, and KOL relations.
Manage budgets, timelines, and reporting for assigned projects.
Provide on-site supervision during key events or activations when required.
Develop and oversee content strategies for From Alphabet (IZIPIZI and 24Bottles) and ASA on Instagram and TikTok.
Supervise clients’ content-related projects such as corporate magazines, coffee table books, and social media content management.
Plan monthly content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand identity and objectives.
Giving strategic feedback on visual and written content across social media platforms.
Work with the content specialist and designers to deliver engaging, high-quality content.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written communications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communication, or campaign management.
Proven experience in managing events, media & KOL campaigns, and creative content production.
Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and digital marketing tools.
