SuperFood is at the forefront of food-tech innovation, delivering groundbreaking solutions. We are seeking a talented Marketing Communication (Sponsorship) to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge applications and systems.

Placement : WFO - Surabaya

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and build relationships with potential sponsors from institutions, manufacturers, and F&B brands that align with SuperFood's vision and mission.
  • Prepare sponsorship proposals and communication materials that are engaging and professional, tailored to the needs and targets of the sponsors.
  • Manage communication with sponsors throughout the negotiation process until the execution of the sponsorship agreement.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to integrate sponsorships into promotional activities and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and sponsorship trends to identify new opportunities and optimize partnership strategies.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with sponsors to support sustainable collaboration.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Sponsorship, or Partnerships, particularly in startups or the F&B industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experienced in creating persuasive sponsorship proposals and presentation materials.
  • Having an extensive network with institutions, manufacturers, or F&B brands is a plus.
  • Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of branding and positioning principles in the context of sponsorship.
