Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication.

· 5 years job experience in Marketing, Branding or Marketing Communication.

· Ability to plan, manage, monitor and analyze all marketing campaigns and marketing activation activities.

· Experience in managing and executing marketing budget efficiently and effectively.

· Experience in leading projects in partnership and teamwork with many parties internal and external.

· Proven experience in creating and managing online and offline events.

· Strong content creation skills, with experience in developing engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels.

· Posses the ability to execute with strong logical analysis and decision making skills as these are important in marketing, branding and business.

· Personality that is pleasant, honest, think critically, positive attitude, confident, mature and highly self-driven with strong service action and speedy response.

Responsibilities :

· Execute marketing strategy with goals to accelerate company growth while developing brand image of both company and products with end result in channeling more qualified leads to the sales team.

· Conceptualize, plan, and execute online and offline events, including webinars, workshops, seminars, and conferences.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of events.

· Develop event agendas, content, and promotional materials to attract attendees and drive engagement.

· Create compelling content for event promotion across various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website copy.

· Monitor and analyst event performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

· Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event marketing and content creation.
