Job summary

PT. ETEX BUILDING PERFORMANCE INDONESIA is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist to develop and implement integrated communication strategies that enhance brand image, support sales objectives, and engage audiences through digital, print, PR, and events.

You will lead brand management, campaign execution, PR & events, and analytics, coordinating with product, sales, and external vendors to ensure message consistency and ROI.

Qualifications

• S1 Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Ideally 5 years’ experiences in related fields.
• Experience managing digital campaigns, brand positioning, and media relations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

We are reinforcing our Commercial Team and we are looking the following position:

Marketing Communication Specialist

To develop and implement effective communication strategies that enhance brand image, support sales objectives, and engage target audiences through various channels including digital, print, PR, and events.

Responsibility:

• Develop integrated marketing communication plans aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
• Identify key messages, target audiences, and appropriate communication channels.
• Align internal and external communication initiatives with brand positioning.

2. Brand Management

• Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
• Manage brand guidelines and educate internal stakeholders on brand usage.

3. Campaign Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and digital teams to ensure message consistency.
• Oversee development of marketing materials: brochures, banners, catalogs, presentations, videos, etc.
• Oversee digital communication channels, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with digital marketing team or agencies to run campaigns and monitor performance.

6. Public Relations & Events

• Manage media relations, write press releases, and coordinate interviews or media briefings.
• Organize trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and internal communications programs.
• Manage marcom budget and ensure ROI on all campaigns.
• Liaise with external vendors: creative agencies, printing companies, PR firms, etc.

8. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze campaign performance and communication effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• S1 Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• Ideally have 5 years’ experiences in related fields
• Experience managing digital campaigns, brand positioning, and media relations
• Strong communication and storytelling skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, email marketing platforms, and social media tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and external vendors.
