Marketing Communication Senior Officer

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute communication plans to promote the company’s real estate projects, especially for mall.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures and press releases.
• Ensure a consistent brand image across all marketing channels and materials.
• Coordinate with media and public relations teams to disseminate marketing messages.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Develop programs to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven 1 - 3 years experience in marketing communications in the property, retail, or any similar industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
