Job summary

PT Telkomsel Ekosistem Digital in Jakarta seeks a motivated marketing and communications intern to assist in planning and executing campaigns across social media, email, WhatsApp, and the company website.

You will help create copy, manage the content calendar, draft press materials, support event activities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams. Indonesian and English language skills are required, and a 6-month internship is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, PR, or related field.
• Internship or hands-on experience in marketing/communications/content creation/social media is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and social media analytics tools.
• Balanced creativity and data-driven thinking; able to work collaboratively and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across channels (social, email, WhatsApp, website).
• Help organize events, webinars, and brand activations.
• Create and curate content reflecting INDICO products; edit captions and basic visuals.
• Support content calendar management and timely publishing.
• Draft press releases, newsletters, articles, and internal/external materials.
• Prepare marketing collateral such as pitches, decks, and event materials.
• Monitor campaigns and compile weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
• Assist in competitor analysis, trend research, and audience insights to improve strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming to generate new campaign ideas.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Design and external partners for campaign execution.
• Maintain and organize marketing assets and documentation.

• - Assist in planning and executing marketing communication campaigns across channels such as social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), email, WhatsApp, and website.
• - Assist in organizing and executing events, webinars, and brand activations.
• - Create and curate content (copywriting, captions, and simple visual assets) that reflects the INDICO products.
• - Support the management of the content calendar and ensure timely publishing across channels.
• - Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, articles, and other internal/external communication materials.
• - Support the preparation of marketing collateral such as pitch decks, company profiles, and event materials.
• - Monitor social media and campaign performance, then compile weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• - Assist in competitor analysis, trend research, and audience insights to improve communication strategies.
• - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh campaign and content ideas.
• - Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) and external partners such as agencies, vendors, and media to support smooth campaign execution.
• - Maintain and organize marketing assets and documentation (digital and/or physical) in a well-structured filing system.

Requirements

• - Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related fields.
• - Previous internship or hands-on experience (e.g., part-time, freelance, volunteer, or organizational projects) in marketing, communications, content creation, or social media management is a plus.
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• - Familiarity with content and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and social media platforms and analytics tools.
• - A balanced perspective between creativity and data-driven thinking.
• - Basic understanding of branding, copywriting, and digital marketing trends.
• - Self-learner, ambitious, good attitude, and excited by challenges.
• - Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being proactive and self-motivated.
• - Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• - Available for a 6-month internship program.
• - Nice to have: portfolio or samples of content/writing (social media, blog, campaign project, etc.).
