A leading company in the beauty industry is seeking a Marketing Communications Executive to handle public relations and media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in PR and marketing, excellent communication abilities in both English and Bahasa, and proficiency in managing brand partnerships. This role involves working cross-functionally and requires a dynamic individual who can thrive under deadlines.
- Implementing public relation, media , KOL management, brand partnership, online activation and community strategy for all business unit
- Monitor and analyze the company's share of voice and brand sentiment by using updated data-mining tools
- Develop and manage communications around company initiatives, campaigns and brand plans
- Play role as one of the spoke person of the company
- Build and maintain relationship with media, KOL, community, and other parties to support company's objectives
- Ensure PR strategy alignment with company's goals. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders community division
- Monitor and analyze the brand and communication to external
Requirements:
- S1 graduate
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing Communication/PR
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Excellent skill in English and Bahasa, both in writing and speaking
- Creative and posses great knowledge in online media and social networking
- Familiar to work under deadline and targets
