Job summary

Greenwise Consulting is seeking a junior Marcomm/IT assistant to support content design, copywriting, and media production. You will help manage social campaigns, monitor analytics, and assist with WordPress updates.

The role includes basic IT support, light hardware/software troubleshooting, and collaboration with the Marcomm and IT team. Hybrid work is available; Jakarta vicinity preferred for in-office days.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification
• Fresh graduate or recent thesis completion preferred
• Interest in Marcomm, content creation, and basic IT support
• Understanding of basic social media, content production, and WordPress
• Understanding of basic hardware and software troubleshooting
• Up to date with social media trends and digital content
• Detail-oriented, communicative, quick learner, and good initiative
• Willing to work hybrid as needed
• Preferably based in Jabodetabek area

This role supports the Marcomm and IT team with a range of digital and operational tasks, including content design, copywriting, media production, analytics monitoring, website management, and basic IT support.

Key responsibilities

Assist in creating corporate content designs (Instagram/LinkedIn carousels, whitepapers, email marketing, etc.)

Support copywriting for captions and social media management

Assist in producing photos and videos for content and event needs

Monitor and track social media analytics

Update WordPress website and manage digital company needs

Provide basic IT troubleshooting and setup of work equipment

Support operational needs of the Marcomm and IT team

About you

Minimum D3/S1 qualification, preferably fresh graduate or recent thesis completion

Interest in Marcomm, content creation, and basic IT support

Familiar with Canva and/or Adobe (preferred)

Understanding of basic social media, content production, and WordPress

Understanding of basic hardware and software troubleshooting
