About the role

We are looking for a talented Marketing Communication specialist to join our team at Tavern Group Semarang. As a Marketing Communication professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing and communication strategies, helping to build brand awareness and engage our target audience in the Semarang, Central Java area. This is a full-time position based in Semarang.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans to promote the company's products, services, and event handling

Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and promotional materials

Manage and coordinate the company's public relations and media relations activities

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding

Monitor and analyse marketing performance, and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend innovative marketing strategies

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communication at FnB or Hospitality

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication campaigns and events

Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand messaging

Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics to measure and optimize campaigns

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with the marketing and communication landscape in the Semarang, Central Java region
