We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Communication (Marcomm) professional to join our growing skincare brand. This role is key to developing brand awareness, executing engaging campaigns, and building strong communication across all media channels.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing communication strategies (both online & offline)
Create and manage promotional campaigns across social media, events, and product launches
Collaborate with the content and design team to develop impactful marketing materials
Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and KOLs
Write and distribute press releases, articles, and promotional content
Organize marketing events such as product launches, beauty classes, and exhibitions
Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights for improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in beauty/skincare/FMCG
Strong understanding of branding, social media trends, and beauty industry
Excellent communication and copywriting skills (both in Bahasa Indonesia & English)
Creative, detail-oriented, and strong in project management
Existing network with media, KOLs, or influencers is a plus
Able to work independently or in a team, under tight deadlines
