Job description

Marketing & Business Development Assistant Manager

Conduct research, evaluation, and negotiation for land acquisition for housing projects.

Support and collaborate with the marketing and sales team to design and execute marketing events to achieve sales targets

Develop project plans based on market research and competitive analysis.

Perform business feasibility studies, including land potential assessments and profitability analysis.

Plan and develop housing products and project concepts.

Coordinate and negotiate with contractors, architects, and government authorities.

Manage legal procedures related to land acquisition and development.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Have experiences min. 5 years in relevant field especially in Real Estate or Property Company.

Proven experience in land acquisition and evaluation would be advantage.

Strong planning skills with a focus on market and competitor analysis.

Demonstrated business decision-making ability, including profitability and feasibility assessments.

Experience working with external partners and government agencies.

Solid legal knowledge or equivalent experience in real estate transactions and land development.

Has a strong network with real estate agents and excellent information-gathering skills.

Can lead the entire housing development process—from land acquisition to product planning and government coordination.

Experienced in managing and producing entire projects, not just specific tasks.

Knowledgeable in legal procedures, including land rights, regulations, contracts, and development permits.
