About The Challenge

Are you a strategic marketer with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and a flair for creating memorable brand experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love the challenge of driving foot traffic, tenant satisfaction, and brand visibility for a dynamic retail space?

We are looking for a Marketing & Branding Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives for our shopping mall. You will play a key role in positioning the mall as a vibrant destination through innovative campaigns, strong branding, and effective tenant collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably within shopping mall or retail property management
  • Demonstrate strong skills in strategic branding, campaign planning, and event-based promotions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with tenants, agencies, and cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and marketing channels (offline and online), from ideation to execution

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute integrated marketing & branding strategies that enhance the mall’s positioning, increase footfall, and support tenant sales growth
  • Lead the planning and implementation of seasonal campaigns, tenant collaborations, and customer engagement programs
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform marketing direction and identify new opportunities
  • Oversee the production and distribution of marketing collaterals including digital assets, social media content, in-mall signage, and event branding
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and events through metrics and feedback, continuously optimizing strategies for better performance
