Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships, and corporate social responsibility programs.
Handling brands (in-store activation - handling BTL and merchandising) and digital activities.
Responsible for building and maintaining a strong brand identity.
Implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility, and utilizing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing tools.
Creating and implementing strategic plans to grow Little Palmerhaus's brand presence, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders.
Collaborating with internal teams, including e-commerce, sales, creative, production, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in marketing/business major, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in related fields.
Having a background from Skincare, Personal Care, or Fashion industry is more preferred.
Must have experience in handling brands (in-store activation - handling BTL and merchandising) and digital activities.
Conducting competitor studies such as analyzing competitor activities and researching various types of campaigns.
Previous experience in managing and leading teams.
