️ POSITION: Digital Systems & BI Specialist — Full-time | Kerobokan–Seminyak, Bali (+ weekly site visits to Canggu / Ubud)

You will manage the live tech-stack supporting three luxury villas, two real-estate developments, and the Bali Beach Volleyball event. After an initial 3-month build sprint, you’ll be responsible for maintaining dashboards, automations, and revenue tools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Data & BI: Keep dashboards in Notion / Looker Studio up-to-date (occupancy, ADR, bar spend, coaching hours). Conduct ad-hoc analyses like “average housekeeping cost per villa”.
• Automations & QA: Monitor Zapier / Make scenarios, debug API calls, create triggers for new OTAs, PSPs, or guest journeys.
• Revenue-tech: Integrate and maintain dynamic pricing tools (PriceLabs / Beyond) with Guesty. Create scripts/alerts for under-priced dates.
• Marketing-tech: Deploy email/SMS automations (abandoned cart, upsells). Maintain GA4 tags, Meta/TikTok pixels, and UTMs.
• IT & Security: Manage access rights for Google Workspace / Notion / Xero, run backups, update routers, test villa Wi-Fi speeds.
• Project Support: Clone Notion bases and APIs for new sites; set up Veo/Pixellot cameras & webhooks for beach-volley events.
• Training & SOPs: Onboard new Front-Office / HK staff to Notion mobile; update knowledge base via videos/PDFs.

Workload: Approximately 1–2 hours daily for guardianship + mini-projects each month.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• 2+ years in data, growth operations, or marketing tech (hospitality / real estate experience a plus).
• Proficiency with Zapier / Make, Google Sheets/Excel, basic SQL.
• Experience with dashboarding in Looker Studio / Power BI.
• Knowledge of Guesty (or similar PMS), SiteMinder, PriceLabs/Beyond.
• Basic WordPress/Wix + HTML/CSS editing, strong automation logic, and AI-based clean coding.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Python (Pandas) or Apps Script for data wrangling.
• Experience with Odoo/Katana for procurement.
• Basics of cyber-security / GDPR.
