Jakarta Premium Outlets Tangerang City is a premium shopping mall that aims for a world-class shopping destination. We are currently recruiting employees for the operational and management team at Alam Sutera Tangerang Indonesia.

This role is for Staff Level.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting the marketing executive, assistant manager & manager in carrying out all marketing and promotional activities.
• Running administrative activities required in marketing and promotion.
• Ensuring that the marketing and promotion activity schedule runs according to schedule.
• Ensuring that marketing and promotion activities run smoothly.
• Provide fresh ideas to improve marketing and promotions in achieving company targets and objectives.
• Coordinating with the store to provide updated information.
• Create weekly and monthly marketing and promotion reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline is required.
• Fresh graduates are most welcome (Main priority).
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
• Familiar with MS Office (excel, word, power point), corel draw, photoshop, video editing, other design application.
• Familiar with social media, event and digital marketing.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Can build relationships and adaptive.
• Excellent level of ethics and integrity.
• Willing to work overtime as required by the company.
• Willing to be work in Jakarta Premium Outlets Office Management, Alam Sutera Tangerang.
