Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a motivated and creativeMarketing Assistantto support our marketing initiatives and help elevate our brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to contribute ideas while managing a variety of marketing tasks—from blog creation to social media management and content development.

Responsibilities:

Weekly Marketing Tasks:

  • Follow up with managers to complete job summary templates and use them to draft SEO-optimized blog posts.
  • Use tools like Co-Pilot and your own writing skills to develop engaging blogs incorporating targeted keywords.
  • Publish blogs on the website and share them across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook).

Ongoing Marketing Tasks:

  • Collaborate with the SEO/Web Developer to upload and optimize web content, including blogs, case studies, and capability information.
  • Ensure marketing templates and website content are current and accurate.
  • Assist in handling client/referrer inquiries and forward web queries to appropriate team members.
  • Research and recommend relevant industry events, publications, and groups for participation and provide admin support as needed.
  • Help design flyers, brochures, and advertising materials.
  • Maintain a marketing calendar and regularly update the marketing plan.
  • Manage and grow the LinkedIn Group community.
  • Compile stories and updates for periodic client communications and maintain the marketing contacts database.
  • Manage YouTube and multimedia posts, including creating summaries using specialist tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Business English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
