Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing / Engineering / Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years in Marketing / Contract and Commercial roles in the oil and gas industry.
• Previous marketing experience in Global Offshore Industry is an advantage.
• Experience with negotiating contracts in international markets.

Responsibilities

• Liaise communication related to marketing and contract management.
• Support the President in communication with Rig Owners.
• Manage the development of Company's business process and management system.
• Represent Company at public and industry events.
• Instruct, supervise, and oversee performance of marketing and contract management.
• Review and approve policies for marketing and contract matters.
• Provide regular market updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in tender bidding for project proposals.
• Monitor rig requirements and establish key contract opportunities.
• Oversee Marketing and Contracts team to develop strategic market position.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to promote services to clients.
• Standardize marketing materials such as bids and presentations.
• Negotiate and evaluate service contracts and commercial issues.
• Maintain strong contacts with clients and brokers.
• Ensure clients' feedback processes align with Company policies.
• Evaluate performance of Marketing and Contracts team members.

Marketing and Contract Director (Drilling)

Job Description:

Connect Energy partners with a drilling contractor to look for a MARKETING AND CONTRACT DIRECTOR (MCD) to base in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the President, the MCD liaise the communication within company in respect of marketing and contract management.
• To support the President in communication with Rig Owners.
• As a member of management team, the MCD will manage the development and maintenance of Company's business process and management system in relation to the execution of Company's business
• To represent Company on public and industry events
• Instruct, supervise and overall in charge for the performance of marketing and contract management in the organization
• Review and approve policies, procedures that facilitates marketingand contract matters
• Provide regular market updates to the President and Rig Owners
• Participate in tender bidding and recommendation for President's approval.
• Monitoring forthcoming rig requirements in conjunction with rig availability to establish key contract opportunities
• Oversees and coordinates Marketing and Contracts team to develop and maintain Company strategic market position.
• Oversees and coordinates the Marketing and Contract Teams to promote Company's services to new and existing clients
• Oversees the preparation and standardization of Company's marketing materials, including website, presentations, specification and bid materials
• Develop and maintain contractual requirements to ensure a standardized approach to negotiation and evaluation of service contracts and commercial issues
• Maintain strong contacts with Clients, brokers and agents to ensure continuing business relationships
• Ensure and oversee clients' feedback process in accordance to Company's policies
• Evaluate performance of the Marketing and Contracts team members for achievement of Company's objectives related to Marketing and Contracts.

Requirements
