Job description

Marketing and Communications Department of Bali Island School (formerly Bali International School)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, with 5–8 years of experience in strategic marketing and sales, preferably within the international education sector.
- Proven ability to develop and execute impactful Marketing and Admissions strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent proficiency in English.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in relevant digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems (Mailchimp, etc), Digital Ads tools, Canva, and OpenApply.
- Tech-savvy with well-developed computer and data management skills.
- Professional, personable, and well-presented, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

General Job Description:
- Produce and manage an annual marketing plan, including objectives, budget, and reporting.
- Ensure BIS communicates its desired image and position, maintains consistent messaging internally and externally, and shares this image with all audiences.
- Promote good marketing practices across the whole school.
- Manage all elements of the School brand to ensure consistency with the school's values, personality, and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to reach enrollment goals, including updating student numbers, providing monthly reports on competitors and target schools, and assisting with school tours as needed.
- Guide the Admissions team to develop and maintain the alumni network through regular communication and promotion of alumni activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our positioning and branding in local markets and beyond, especially highlighting lesser-known aspects of our programs.
