About The Role:

Gear up and take the lead as our Marketing Analytics Manager! In this role, you’ll define and drive data strategy across our marketing efforts, playing a key role in scaling performance and ensuring marketing investments deliver sustainable growth. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams—including Business, Product, Operations, and across Gojek Marketing—you will lead strategic initiatives and experiments to optimize campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, and engagement. Your sharp analytical mindset and data-driven approach will ensure our marketing strategies keep pace with business goals and market dynamics.


What You Will Do
  • Accountable for marketing budget ownership and P&L performance across full funnel
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across digital and offline channels, uncovering actionable insights and trends to guide strategic decisions.

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key marketing OKRs and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities – Provide insights on reducing marketing costs while maximizing the marketing performance
  • Evaluate user behavior and campaign effectiveness to deliver strategic recommendations that enhance performance and customer engagement.
  • Partner closely with product, business, and Gojek’s data teams to ensure marketing analytics is deeply integrated with company-wide goals.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy across marketing platforms, and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
What This Role Needs
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, marketing intelligence, or data-driven decision-making roles, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or FMCG.
  • Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Google Data Studio, with strong skills in statistical modeling, A/B testing, forecasting, and attribution analysis.
  • Strong statistical and predictive modeling skills, including experience with A/B testing, forecasting, and attribution analysis.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business teams to align data-driven strategies with company objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to improving analytics capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and drive continuous improvement in analytics capabilities.
