Marketing

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Brand Strategy: market segmentation, price positioning, marketing research, product positioning

Develop and implement Marketing Plan and budget

Plan and implement ATL and BTL activities: media communications, consumer promotion, PR (cooperation with ATL and BTL agencies)

Analyzes current performance, trends, and market conditions

Lead the development and implementation of the strategy to gain significant market share in this market segment

Consistently delivering key objectives and targets (sales, market share, brand strength, profitability)

Adjusting and refining plans based on results, market changes and competitive activities

Requirements:

Over 3 years of experience in Marketing Management/Brand Management/Strategy

Understands the personal care industry and market trends well.

Track record of breakthrough newsworthy campaigns, creativity, and innovative thinking.

Ability to deliver effective business relations at all levels, internally and externally.

Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making

Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing a plus

Ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally

Able to work independently as well as able to work with the team

Good appearance, mature, highly self-motivated, ambitious, and well-organized with strong interpersonal skills
