This position reports into the Supply Chain Director (Indonesia and Philippines) and is based at our Jakarta head Office.

What You Will Do

The Market Supply Chain Lead leads the “in market” supply chain planning and delivery operations for Indonesia, which is a part of Kenvue Asia Pacific. This individual will work with the commercial organization and the local management board, providing direct oversight to demand planning, S&OP, warehousing, distribution, and customer service and help in executing the Operations strategy for the market in line with our 3YOP (Operating Plan). This role is key in driving the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) in the market to help deliver planned growth and the financial KPIs like GP, IBT, and Free Cash Flow (Inventory).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive strong IBP/S&OP process in the market along with the commercial team.
  • Drive governance of Operations guardrail to support the Product Portfolio Management choices and customer segmentation.
  • Own and drive improvement in Customer Service, Forecast Accuracy, Customer Experience, W&D operations and delivering cost targets.
  • Inventory Management for FG and Trade Customization working closely with the regional planning team and also with Make and Deliver organization.
  • Responsible for FG Warehouse and Distribution Operations including quality, safety, and compliance. Work with end-to-end team to drive warehouse productivity and delivery of Cost improvement Plans in the area of W&D.
  • 3PL performance management and ensuring trade compliance for the market in conjunction with regional deliver and trade compliance team.
  • Partner with Commercial & other cross-functional teams on E2E programs/initiatives like Portfolio Simplification, Complexity reduction, and value creation process.
  • NPI/D execution on time working with regional planning team and technical functions.
  • Lead and drive the people agenda to strengthen the talent pipeline and build critical capabilities for the future. Be a role model for Kenvue Values and Behavior.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of end-to-end supply chain experience covering Demand/Supply planning, S&OP/IBP, and W&D Operations in a managerial and senior leadership capacity. Cross-functional experience in Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, and finance would be an added advantage.
  • An MBA/Master’s Degree with specialization in supply chain/operations would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of ERP system (SAP) and advanced planning tools.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skill set.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience in digital tools and process experience in the area of Planning and Distribution.
  • Having worked with diverse teams and cultures.
  • People Management Experience and experience of managing matrixed organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Travel Requirement: 10-15% International travel depending on the need. Within market travel to cover customer, trade, and distribution centers.
