- 2+ years in market research, consumer insights, or data analysis, with at least 1 year focused on retail sales data, point-of-sale (POS) analytics, or syndicated data research.
- Experience with quantitative/qualitative research methods (e.g., surveys, focus groups).
- Familiarity with retail sales tracking, market share analysis, or category performance metrics will be a good point.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical tools (SPSS, R, or Python) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, LOOKUP function).
- Familiarity with data collection tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
- Basic knowledge of data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with syndicated data platforms (used by reputable market research agency) for retail sales measurement.
- Ability to analyze POS data, panel data, or loyalty program data to assess sales trends, brand performance, or shopper behavior.
- Understanding of retail metrics (e.g., same-store sales, basket size, SKU-level performance, distribution metrics).
- Proficiency in English is mandatory for this position. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered to the next stage.
- Open to international assignment and overseas business travel.
