Job Description

Job Summary:
The scope of this role is for growing mid-sized and emerging accounts by improving strategies to increase revenue and profits. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to find new business opportunities. Manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth. Create and follow account management plans to keep clients satisfied. Offer solutions based on partner needs and feedback, making improvements to boost performance.


Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Manage client portfolios to retain existing accounts.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis, including competitive intelligence and trends.
  3. Solution Provision: Present solutions to partners based on their needs and requirements.
  4. Customer Feedback: Monitor partners' feedback and take appropriate actions to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry or travel technology, preferably in business development, account management, or sales.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  5. Knowledge of travel industry trends and forecasts.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
