Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of field force teams across designated areas to ensure effective execution of promotions and merchandising initiatives across all channel (GT and MT)
  2. Ensure field force partners consistently to execute in-store programs and implementing right 6Ps that align with the Perfect Store framework and brand standards.
  3. Drive continuous improvement of in-store execution capabilities by coaching and upskilling field forces partners and identifying process efficiencies.
  4. Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance effectiveness of SPG-MD initiatives and agency contributions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  2. 3+ years of experience in shopper marketing, sales execution, or retail activation field
  3. Strong project management and agency management skills
  4. Familiarity with in-store execution standards and merchandising best practices
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Analytical mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement
  7. Willing to be placed in East Java
