Job description

Market Expansion & Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, identify new opportunities, and foster growth.

Responsible for market and business development to exceed annual revenue targets, including developing key opportunities and closing high-value contracts.

Cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement officials, and other stakeholders.

Present company's solutions, product offerings, and competitive advantages to diverse audiences through presentations. Oversee tender processes, proposals, negotiations to secure large contracts.

Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

Identify project opportunities, evaluate project feasibility, and actively promote project developments.

Prepare reports and analysis of product and market performances. Evaluate strategies and provide actionable input for improvements.

Provide comprehensive market support for market development, project bidding, promotion, and others.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers - including marketing, product divisions, logistics, and after-sales - to deliver seamless solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.

Having at least 10 years of B2B marketing development experience, including sales, market research, project development/bidding.

Proven successful marketing plan development and implementation skills.

Demonstrate understanding of marketing disciplines and marketing mix, including audience targeting and marketing tools.

Excellent in presenting solutions and product differentiations, including navigating complex procurement processes.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Must be fluent in spoken English.
