As our Sales Data Analyst, your expertise will shape our direction and boost our performance:
- Data Command: Collect, process, and analyze complex sales data from diverse internal and external sources.
- Insight Reporting: Develop routine and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, customer trends, and the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
- Strategic Impact: Deliver data-backed insights to fuel and refine our core Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies.
- Visualization Pro: Develop intuitive, interactive dashboards (using Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or equivalent tools) to simplify sales KPI monitoring for stakeholders.
- Targeting Precision: Execute market segmentation and comprehensive customer behavior analysis to drive highly targeted marketing programs.
- Digital ROI: Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team to accurately measure the Return on Investment (ROI) of all digital campaigns (online ads, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Recommendation Engine: Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to aggressively boost the effectiveness of our sales and marketing strategies.
- Forecasting Support: Contribute to the sales forecasting process by building and utilizing accurate analytical models.
We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running and bring serious analytical firepower:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Management, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in data analysis, sales analysis, or marketing analytics is preferred. (Relevant internship experience is a major plus for fresh graduates!)
- Visualization Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong command of data analysis/visualization software like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio (or equivalent industry-standard tools).
- Technical Edge (Bonus): Ability to process data using statistical tools (SQL, Python, or R proficiency is a significant advantage).
- Core Skills: Exceptional analytical ability, highly detail-oriented, and proven ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Business Context (A Plus): A solid understanding of marketing concepts, digital marketing frameworks, and the sales funnel.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively translate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders (Marketing and Management).
