Job summary

RINA is seeking a Batam Marine Surveyor to join our South Asia Pacific Marine Division in Batam, Indonesia. The role focuses on verifying vessels meet international and classification society standards through surveys and inspections.

You will provide expert technical advice, prepare inspection reports using standardized templates, and collaborate with clients and teams while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with naval engineering focus.
• Experience in classification society or marine surveys preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical aspects and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with classification society rules and international regulations.
• Provide expert advice on classification, design, construction, and maintenance.
• Prepare inspection reports using standardized templates and digital tools.
• Educate clients on processes and keep records accurate and timely.
