PT JAYA SALVAGE INDONESIA is seeking an experienced HSE Officer for a marine cargo recovery and Ship-to-Ship (STS) operation onboard a VLCC in Batu Ampar, Batam. You will implement and monitor the HSE Plan, conduct safety inductions, and review risk assessments and PTW processes to ensure safe operations.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in HSE or related fields, with 2+ years in marine/offshore environments, AK3 Umum or equivalent certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• 2+ years of HSE experience in marine/offshore/sts operations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement and monitor HSE Plan and Emergency Response Plan.
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and daily HSE briefings.
• Review JSA, Risk Assessments, PTW, and lifting or safety requirements.
• Monitor high-risk activities including cargo pumping, lifting, mooring, vessel transfer, and work in hazardous areas.
