Job description

Collect and consolidate data from various sources (social media, website analytics, CRM, marketing platforms, offline, etc.) to gain a holistic view of marketing performance and customer insights and behavior.

Clean, process, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing and communication strategies.

Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Define, measure and track marketing ROI (Return on Investment) for various campaigns and initiatives.

Collaborate with the Strategic Communication Planning team to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for communication plans and media placement.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with strong analytical components).

Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or communications context.

Strong understanding of data collection methods across various touchpoints (social media, website, CRM, etc.).

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, SQL, R, Python, or similar).

Ability to define and measure marketing ROI and other relevant KPIs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented and organized.
