MANUFACTURING PROCESS EXPERT (HAS LEAN SIX SIGMA: YELLOW/GREEN or BLACK BELT)

1. Identify and analyze problems within production processes.

2. Develop and implement process improvement projects.

3. Collect and analyze data to support process improvement decisions.

4. Develop and implement solutions to improve process quality and efficiency.

5. Measure and evaluate the results of process improvement projects.

Skills:

1. Ability to analyze data and support process improvement decisions.
2. Effective communication and collaboration skills with teams and stakeholders.
3. Critical and creative thinking in problem-solving.
4. Project management skills to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
5. Proficiency with tools such as DMAIC, Lean, and process control techniques.
6. Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing practices, procedures, and organization related to cutting/manufacturing in industries like Apparel, Automotive, Furniture.
7. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
8. Certifications in Lean Manufacturing System: Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, or Kaizen.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Textile, Automotive.

Minimum of 3-5 years of successful manufacturing experience, especially in garment manufacturing.

Experience in consulting is a plus.

Position Qualifications:

• Maximum age: 35 years.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing practices in targeted industries.
• Knowledge of CAD & CAM applications related to industry-specific production processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, adaptable, well-organized, and able to handle pressure.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen.
