Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Master's degree or certification in Food Technology, Process Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a highly process-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Experience with process modeling, simulations, and project management.
• Strong background in quality-driven process improvement.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, quality standards and safety procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain process standards to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
• Identify, propose, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance, productivity, quality, and asset utilization.
• Apply continuous improvement tools to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Production, HSE, and other stakeholders to achieve quality, safety, and operational objectives.
• Support the implementation and commissioning of manufacturing processes and equipment improvements.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, procedures, and process enhancements to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Prepare technical reports, process flow diagrams, performance analyses, and project documentation.
• Participate in engineering and operational improvement projects.
