Manage all activities and work plans in the Manufacturing Engineering Department in order to develop corporate competitiveness.
Design and Development of Machine and Equipment.
Calibration and Maintenance of Machine and Equipment.
Perform Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for new or modified machines and equipment.
Prepare comprehensive validation documentation in accordance with relevant quality standards (including ISO 13485).
Identify, analyze, and proactively resolve technical issues to support stable and efficient production processes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within manufacturing operations.
Maintain and update technical documentation such as SOPs, engineering drawings, and testing procedures related to machines and equipment.
Provide technical training to operators and cross-functional teams on new equipment, validation procedures, and maintenance practices.
Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and Engineering to ensure successful implementation of new technologies and systems.
Candidate must possess at least an associate’s degree (D3) or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related fields.
Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in managerial positions in engineering/manufacture industries with a focus on machining processes.
Expert in CNC programming, Solidworks CAD/CAM, and machining operations (turning, milling, grinding, EDM).
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, ISO 13485, and other related mutual standardization.
Strong understanding of systems and production equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, operation manuals, and equipment documentation.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical skills.
Good communication skills, especially in the English language, both verbal and written, to coordinate with the production team and other departments.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team, along with expertise in managing cross-functional projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
