PT KUNKWAN MANDARIN INDONESIA is seeking a Tutor cum Lecturer to deliver Mandarin learning online, engage students, and collaborate with internal teams to improve outcomes and conversion.

The role requires weekend shifts, uses Zoom for sessions, and may include Mandarin– Bahasa Indonesia translation tasks. Indonesian citizenship with valid ID is required. Salary ranges IDR 8,000,000–10,000,000 per month plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
• HSK Level 5 or 6.
• Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory), Bahasa Indonesia, and English.
• Comfortable conducting sessions via Zoom.
• Own a laptop or PC for daily work.
• Willing to work in shifts and on weekends.
• Indonesian citizen with valid identification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and informative course presentations via Zoom.
• Energize, guide, and support students during learning sessions.
• Assist management with Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia document translations.
• Participate in company projects involving Mandarin usage.
• Provide additional explanations or live demonstrations when required.
• Conduct learning sessions, including private classes when needed.
• Collaborate with other tutors to ensure consistent learning quality.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve student experience and conversion.
• Contribute to monthly campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives.

Working Hours:
Morning shift: 08.00–17.00 WIB
Noon shift: 12.00–21.00 WIB
Must be available on weekends as scheduled
Fixed day off: 1.5 days per week

Salary:
IDR 8.000.000 – 10.000.000 per month (inclusive of basic salary and incentives)

About the Role
As a Tutor cum Lecturer, you will become the face and voice of PT Kunkwan Mandarin Indonesia, delivering engaging Mandarin learning experiences to students. You will conduct online sessions, support student engagement, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance learning outcomes and student conversion. You will also assist with Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia translations when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Course Presentation
