Job summary

Lingua Franca Sera is seeking a Mandarin Teacher to join on a contract basis. The role is on-site in Tangerang Regency and involves delivering high-quality Mandarin instruction to a diverse student group.

You will plan engaging lessons, develop interactive materials, assess progress, and provide feedback while collaborating with colleagues to continually improve the curriculum. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and a laptop is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mandarin language, education or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Mandarin (HSK or Montessori).
• Fluent in Mandarin.
• Own a personal laptop.

Responsibilities

About the role

Lingua Franca Sera' is seeking a passionate and experienced Mandarin Teacher to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in Tangerang Regency, Banten and will involve delivering high-quality Mandarin language instruction to our students.

What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons HSK to students Primary School - Adult

Create innovative and interactive teaching materials to enhance student learning

Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to support their development

Collaborate with the broader teaching team to share best practices and continuously improve the curriculum

Maintain accurate student records and comply with all Studio Mandarin policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Wiling to workOFFLINE/ON-SITE based on the assigned schedule (Manado)

Bachelor's degree in Mandarin language, education or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Mandarin (HSK or Montessori)

Fluent in Mandarin

Own a personal laptop

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students

Proven ability to create dynamic and student-centred lesson plans

Passion for education and a commitment to student success
