Mandarin Translator

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3), Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Mandarin Language and Literature.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in Mandarin (Written and Speaking).
• Not sworn/Not certified.
• Working time will follow Indonesia regulations: 5 days a week and 8 hours/day.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation.

Job Description:

• Assist in daily communication by translating from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
• Help supervise to ensure the smooth operation of production and administrative tasks.
• Take responsibility as a translator during briefings or meetings with employees.
• Translate company files or documents as required.
• Perform tasks or support activities in the relevant department as assigned.
• Carry out administrative tasks and data entry using computer software (including Microsoft Office).
• Convert documents, articles, books, and various types of texts from the source language to the target language accurately.
• Ensure the confidentiality of the information being translated, especially if it involves sensitive or confidential documents.
