Job Description :

1. Lead the team to achieve performance targets, ensuring efficiency and productivity in daily operations

2. Ensure adherence to processes, policies and procedures in providing quality and consistent service delivery

3. Identifying areas for improvement and implement action plans

4. Escalate to the supervisor if necessary, such as there is no improvement in the agent’s performance, coaching has been carried out by team leader, or following up on customer needs or complaints to client

5. Coach team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance

6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support agent’s development

Requirement:

1. Must Have 1 year experience as SV/TL/Admin/ & other position in a supporting staff

2. Must have full working rights for Indonesia with Minimum Diploma in any related field with GPA min 2.75 preferred

3. Active and Good communication in English

4. Active and Good communication in Mandarin (mandarory)

5. Understand the job desk according to the position applied for

6. Willing to place in Yogyakarta & Can join as soon as possible
