Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Chinese-speaking Factory Procurement Integrated Planning Specialist to coordinate IBP and S&OP across demand, supply, and procurement. You will work with overseas suppliers and global HQ to ensure production readiness and material availability after orders are confirmed.

Applicants need 3+ years in planning, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and strong Excel plus BI skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory for international communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university.
• 3+ years in supply chain planning, procurement planning, production or logistics planning.
• 1–2 years in a planning or specialist role with IBP/S&OP exposure.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese for international coordination.

Responsibilities

• Initiate IBP and S&OP processes after customer orders are confirmed.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and global HQ to align schedules and material planning.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory levels using ERP data and analytics.
• Prepare planning reports and dashboards for management decisions.
• Collaborate across sales, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
