Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Group Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee consolidation, reporting, and controls for multiple subsidiaries and plants in Indonesia. You will work closely with Chinese stakeholders and the Group Owner to drive profitability and cash flow management.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance, strong manufacturing experience, and fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English. This on-site role requires proximity to Jakarta facilities.

Qualifications

• Senior finance professional with multi-entity consolidation experience.
• Strong manufacturing finance background including cost and profitability analysis.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese for direct Group leadership communication.
• Proven leadership across subsidiaries and reporting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across subsidiaries and plants.
• Standardise accounting policies, COA, and reporting formats across units.
• Monitor financial performance, costs, gross margins and OPEX.
• Prepare management reports, budgeting, and variance analyses for the Group Owner.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and capital allocation.
• Coordinate tax compliance, audits, and financial reviews across entities.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure timely financial reporting.
