Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Group Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee financial consolidation, reporting, and controls across multiple subsidiaries and plants in Indonesia. The role reports to the Group Owner and collaborates with accounting heads, tax, and Chinese stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has extensive manufacturing finance experience, strong governance skills, and is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• CPA/CA or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• 8+ years in finance; 3+ years in managerial/group role.
• Experience with multi-entity manufacturing groups and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation across subsidiaries.
• Standardize accounting policies, COA, formats, and internal controls.
• Monitor financial performance, costs, gross margins, and expenses across units.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, and variance analyses for Group Owner.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and cash flow across the Group.
• Coordinate tax compliance, audits, and external reviews across entities.
