Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Tax, and Accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and reliable.
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations, including Income Tax (PPh) and VAT/PPN, and Indonesian PSAK.

Responsibilities

• Manage and record the company's financial transactions, including income and expenses.
• Process vendor payments and monitor customer accounts receivable.
• Prepare transaction summaries and periodic financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of transaction records.
• Review and maintain invoices, receipts, proof of payment, and other financial documents.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor the company's cash flow.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company procedures and policies.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth financial and administrative processes.
