Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BA, statistics, finance, or related field.
• Mandarin proficiency at HSK Level 5 or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis; familiar with KPI/OKR/BSC frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills; detail‑oriented and confidential.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve organizational performance management systems, KPIs, and processes.
• Support the setting and cascading of company and departmental performance targets.
• Monitor, verify, and consolidate performance data; identify deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Calculate performance scores and prepare analytical reports for decision-making and incentives allocation.
• Handle performance inquiries and apply results for bonuses and employee recognition.
• Maintain performance records and systems ensuring alignment across organizational, team, and individual levels.
