Help President Director to maintain communication with client.
Manage the President Director's calendar and schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
Provide high-level administrative support, such as drafting correspondence, organizing files and documents, and handling inquiries.
Assist with the coordination and preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for the President Director.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President Director.
Translate between Mandarin and English as required for the President Director's work.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.

Major in Business (preferable).
At least 3 years of experience as a senior-level executive or personal assistant in the mining industry.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Understanding of mining business preferable.
Good knowledge of Indonesia economics (preferable).
Ready to work on weekends if needed, and can join entertainment activities after office hours.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office productivity tools.
