Responsibilities

  1. Create and implement sales strategies for Wedding, MICE, and events business segments.
  2. Proactively target Wedding and MICE opportunities in both local and international markets.
  3. Sell the hotel’s event spaces and drive revenue from Rooms, F&B, and related services.
  4. Establish partnerships and collaborations to promote accommodations and events.
  5. Build and expand market share in Wedding, MICE, and special events sectors.
  6. Maintain relationships with MICE agencies and clients.

Requirements

  • Chinese expatriates only.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within 5-star or luxury resorts, especially in Chinese wedding, event, and catering services.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player with leadership qualities and a customer-service focus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
