Job summary

PT. Cosmax Indonesia is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Staff (Mandarin Specialist) to be based in South Jakarta. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field, with a strong proficiency in Mandarin.

This role involves product concept development, client engagement, and project monitoring in the cosmetics industry, with responsibilities spread across various teams. The workplace is onsite, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma (D3) in any major, preferably related to Marketing.
• Experience in marketing or product development is a plus.
• Active proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese language is required.
• Passionate about marketing and product development in cosmetics.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts for innovative new products based on market research.
• Collect information from clients about their cosmetics needs.
• Prepare documents for new product development according to SOP.
• Monitor new product launches according to schedule.
• Maintain relations across project opportunities.
