Responsibilities

• Interpret and translate (Mandarin-Indonesian) to ensure effective communication between the sales team and clients.
• Coordinate and monitor sales project progress to meet deadlines and targets.
• Provide daily administrative support including meeting arrangements, minutes, and project documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate collaboration.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Monitor project developments and provide regular progress reports.
• Accompany the sales team to visit clients.
• Handle other administrative and coordination responsibilities as needed for sales projects.
