Mandarin Interpreter

Our company is currently opening 2 job vacancies for Mandarin speakers with the positions of HR Mandarin Speaker and Finance Assistant.

Job Description:

1. Proficient in operating a computer and mastering Microsoft Office.
2. Provide high-quality translation of documents, reports, emails, and other written materials from Mandarin to English or Bahasa and vice versa.
3. Assist during meetings, conferences, and calls by interpreting discussions and ensuring accurate communication.
4. Maintain translated documents and ensure all translations are accurate and consistent with company standards.
5. Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems for HR Role.
6. Assist with Finance needs, collect Sales data for Finance Assistant.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year experience as a Mandarin Translator, Interpreter, or similar role.
2. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
3. Fluency in Mandarin (Minimum HSK 4) and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
4. Active driver license C/A.
5. Have strong principles, be active and serious at work, and have a high sense of responsibility.
6. Ready to join immediately.
