Job summary

PT YOUPIN DEVELOPMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Mandarin Translator to facilitate clear communication between Mandarin-speaking management, staff, and departments and to translate documents accurately.

Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. You will translate verbal and written materials, accompany management in meetings, and maintain confidentiality in daily operations at our Cikarang Pusat, Kabupaten Bekasi location.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in any field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
• Able to translate and interpret Mandarin- Indonesian accurately.
• Effective Mandarin communication and listening skills.
• Ability to read and understand Mandarin documents.
• HSK certification is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with good Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and adapt to company procedures.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, Kabupaten Bekasi.

Responsibilities

• Translate verbal communication between Mandarin and Indonesian accurately.
• Translate documents, emails, and reports from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
• Assist Mandarin-speaking management in communicating with Indonesian employees and departments.
• Accompany management during meetings and daily activities when required.
• Ensure information is communicated clearly between Mandarin- and Indonesian-speaking parties.
• Interpret instructions, policies, and work-related information.
• Coordinate with departments to support smooth communication and daily operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
• Perform other translation and interpretation tasks as assigned.
